Return Timeframe

-You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Process for Returns

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Refunds

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us (email) within 72 hours of receiving your order with photos and details. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Sale Items

- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
